Loveland Swim Club remains committed to the High School Training Program.
The High School Training and Development Swim Program is designed to offer great instruction and training with a flexible
schedule and choices of swim days, times, and number of sessions per week.
A concerted effort has been made to make participation in this program convenient and economical.

Practice Schedule:
M, W. F 3:50-5:15 PM Chilson
M, W 5:30-6:50 AM DHAC
S 10:30-12:00 AM MVAC -starts 9/13
Program details: Practices will focus on both technique instruction and training. The most up to date drills and
equipment will be used including underwater video taping.
Swimmers will pay for their monthly training fee at the start of each month. Please turn this fee into your coach on your first
session of the month. Please make your checks payable to Loveland Swim Club.
A registration form is required with parents' signature and consent to participate. Swimmers must have this turned into their
coach prior to swimming any sessions.
Registration:
High School group swimmers have their choice of registering with United States Swimming or signing up under our separate
Liability insurance.
The USA Swimming membership costs $55 and will enable the swimmer to compete at USS meets throughout the year.
The Liability insurance is free but does not enable the swimmer to compete at USS meets.
Every swimmer must either be registered with USA Swimming or under our Liability insurance.
