Just a reminder this week there are a few changes as we finish the holiday break. Monday and Tuesday practices will be on the holiday schedule and return to our regular practice schedule on Wednesday.
Filming for Gold and Silver will take place at Tuesday nights practice. We will review the video on Thursday, on which there is a high school meet. Please remember that Gold and Silver practice together on Tuesday and Thursday. Be there for both practices, seeing oneself swim is a great learning opportunity on how to be faster.
