Team Support System
Our Team Support System is based on number of meet sessions worked at the six meets we host each year.

, if you have special circumstances that may prevent you from fulfilling this team obligation. We have other, non-meet related volunteer needs that you may be able to manage.
Team Support Requirement:
Senior/Platinum/National- 10 meet sessions (no more than 5 as timer)
Gold and Silver Boltz - 8 meet sessions (no more than 5 as timer)
Bronze Boltz / High School- 6 meet sessions
The group level is determined by the highest group in which a family member swims.
Volunteer Levels - these levels are to acknowledge those families who volunteer 'above-and-beyond' the team support requirement. We will reward these families with a party in August/September.
Bronze - +2 additional sessions
Silver - +6 additional sessions
Gold, Platinum, Senior- +10 additional sessions.
Non-Meet Team Support: A one session credit will be awarded for every four hours of extra volunteer work. Examples include: honor shirt night volunteers (2 nights = 1 meet session); Concessions purchasing; Volunteer Sign ups; Advertising Sales; etc... Email Susan

Penalty: There will be a penalty assessed in April and August for sessions not earned during the prior season. $30 per session will be charged.
Senior/ Platinum/National- 6 sessions by April and 4 more by August
Gold & Silver Boltz - 5 sessions by April and 3 more by August
Bronze Boltz - 4 sessions by April and 2 more by August
Families joining later in the year will be required to earn a percentage of required sessions based on a 10 month formula.
Senior group - joins in January must earn 7 of the 10 sessions.
Gold, Silver group - joins in March must earn 4 sessions of the 8 sessions.
Team Support Signups:
We will continue to use a volunteer for meet support sign ups located on the bulletin boards at both pools usually two weeks before the meet.

We will have a Team Support Sign In book at each home meet for helpers to record their sessions. We will also post the volunteer sheets.
Sessions helped at our meets will count towards the team support requirement. We will host meets in:
October, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, June, and July this fiscal year.
District & State meet volunteering - We will award team support sessions only to officials that help run these meets up to two sessions per meet. Parents attending these meets are expected to help time as needed by the meet requirements. We will discuss this in coach/parent meetings and will write it on all out-of-town meet entry forms.
