Warm-up Friday 13 & Over (open) 11:50 AM (will be done by 3 PM)
Friday 12 & Under 3:20 PM (5:40 PM)
Saturday (all swimmers) 6:50 AM (we will be done by 10:15 AM)
Practices Friday– all groups except Senior, High School and Loveland Splish and Splash will not have practice Friday due to the meet
Senior (AM only), High School and Loveland Splish and Splash – regular times Friday
Practices Saturday – there are no practices Saturday due to the meet
Monday July 5th – we have the following times
Loveland:
Splish and Splash regular
Bronze regular
Silver Regular
Gold regular afternoon - no a.m. sprint workout at Thompson Valley
Platinum – choice of practicing 6:30-8:15 AM at MVAC or with Gold group 5:15-7:00 PM
Senior – Morning session only 6:30-8:45 AM
Greeley:
Monday – normal morning practices – no afternoon sessions

Meet: Northern Colorado 8 & Under Championship
Date: July 20
Location: Brighton
Entries need to be confirmed my Friday, July 9th.
Who Can Swim: Any swimmer who will be 8 years old or younger on July 20th.
Additional Information: A fantastic opportunity for our young swimmers to compete and represent their team!
Meet: Northern Colorado Summer Sendoff
Date: July 24-25
Work with your coach next week (we can take these through the Northern Colorado Meet July 10-11)
Location: EPIC Pool, Fort Collins
Who Can Swim: Any swimmer may compete in events that you have not previously earned a state qualifying time in.
Additional Information: This meet is a great opportunity to finish your summer season, and is the last chance to qualify for the state championships.

Date: July 30 – Aug 1
Work with your coach July 12 and 13th
Location: Grand Junction
Who Can Swim: Any swimmer that has achieved state qualifying times. Qualifying times are posted at the pools.
Additional Information: Hotel information will be circulated. It is the responsibility of each family to make their own travel arrangements for the state championships.
