Winter Pracice Schedule (Monday 11/18 - May 2025)
The Winter practice schedule goes into effect with the start of the TSD high school swim and dive season. Holiday break schedule changes may occur and will be announced as necessary.
LSC welcomes travelling swimmers who need a place to train. Please take the time to fill out the "Visiting Swimmer Form" if you plan on spending some time in the water with LSC. Contact Head Coach Marty Jasken to finalize the process and share the form with him in order to set up a practice group which is appropriate for the swimmer in question.

LSC understands that busy schedules can make it difficult to attend all scheduled practices. If an alternate practice which is no more than one step above or below the current practice group is requested please follow the "Schedule Conflict Policy" linked here.
